Rolling stands or racks are the most important part of a rolling line, whose function is to reduce the cross-section of the incoming billet along with increasing the length of the billet and ultimately reaching the steel section and the final rolled product. These stands include both the initial stands (roughing) and the intermediate and final stands of the production line. The structure of the stands includes two or three rotating rollers along with various components and elements that are produced and supplied as an assembly set after proper design and analysis and manufacturing of each of the elements.
