The pneumatic sand chute is used to transport liquid and dry solids (Freeflying) such as sand, minerals, cement, etc., in a discontinuous manner.
The operating method of the device is that the materials are initially fed into the main tank of the device through the inlet pipe that can withstand pressures of more than 6 atmospheres and are deposited. As soon as the height of the materials inside the tank reaches the installation location of the upper sensor, the signal sent by this sensor causes the material inlet valve to close and the compressed air inlet valve to open simultaneously, and the materials are sent to various consumption locations through the outlet pipe. When the height of the materials inside the tank reaches the installation location of the lower sensor, the signal sent by this sensor causes the compressed air inlet valve to close and at the same time the material inlet valve opens again, and this cycle is repeated regularly.
