The melting ladles designed by this company are made in three types: overflow, teapot and micro-stopper bottom and are used in various tonnages by all steel and cast iron foundries.
The axes of the ladles are also made of CK-45 steel and have the necessary strength and safety when transporting the melt.
The use of locking gearboxes prevents the ladle from rotating during the discharge of the melt and allows the operator to keep the ladle fixed in any desired position (for teapot and overflow ladles).
For the refractory lining of the ladles, refractory bricks or a combination of casting masses can be used, and the refractory thickness of the side wall and the ladle bottom is different for different tonnages. By installing a heating system on the ladles, the operator is provided with the opportunity to preheat the ladle refractory to the required temperature before use.
